I just completed a course for Eliminating Multiple Nerve Compression Patterns for upper and lower body. I look forward to helping more people who are suffering with nerve entrapment issues such as carpal tunnel and sciatica pain!

I just completed Structural Relief Therapy (SRT) with Taya Countryman. What an amazing class! I look forward to working with any and all clients who are suffering from low back pain, sciatica/piriformis pain and help them relieve their pain.

Really enjoyed working with the University of Texas Women's Basketball Team when they made it into the Elite 8!! Congrats to the entire team on a great season and accomplishment!! GO LONGHORNS!!!


I just took James Waslaski's course on Orthopedic Massage for Pelvic Stabilization and Upper Body Conditions. I learned so much and I am looking forward to applying some of his advanced techniques!!

Congratulations to all of the athletes at the USTA New England L3 Super Six Sectional Championships! They competed well over this five-day event and I'm so glad that I was able to be a part of it!

I am certified in Active Release Techniques for The Upper Extremity! I look forward to working with any and all clients who are suffering from injuries like rotator cuff issues, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow and carpal tunnel.

I just completed my Orthopedic Massage and Pain Management Certification with James Waslaski. This is the most comprehensive Orthopedic Massage and Pain Management training program that is currently available and I am one of only 8 certified practitioners for joint capsule work in Connecticut.

It was great meeting and working with the Elite Runners with the USA Track and Field at the New Haven Road Race!!! Congrats to all of the runners!
